حَدَّثنا مُحَمد قَال حَدَّثنا عَبد الله قَال حَدَّثنا اللَّيْث قال حدثني عُقَيل عَن ابن شِهاب قَال أَخْبَرني سَعِيد بن الْمُسَيَّب عَن أبي هُرَيرة أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قضى فيمن زنى ولم يحصن بنفي عام مع إقامة الحد عليهوهذا الحديث رواه غير عُقَيل عَن الزُّهْرِيّ عن عُبَيد الله عَن أبي هُرَيرة وزيد بن خالد وَقال ابن عُيَينة وشبل اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قضى فيمن زنى ولم يحصن بنفي عام مع إقامة الحد عليهوهذا الحديث رواه غير عُقَيل عَن الزُّهْرِيّ عن عُبَيد الله عَن أبي هُرَيرة وزيد بن خالد وَقال ابن عُيَينة وشبل
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad narrated to us, he said: Abdullah narrated to us, he said: al-Layth narrated to us, he said: Uqayl narrated to me, from Ibn Shihab, he said: Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib informed me, from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) ruled concerning one who committed adultery and had not been married with exile for one year along with the implementation of the prescribed punishment. This hadith was narrated by others besides Uqayl from az-Zuhri from Ubaidullah from Abu Hurairah and Zayd ibn Khalid. Ibn Uyaynah and Shibl also narrated it.
