حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورِ قَالَ نَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ قَالَ نَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ أَهْلِ فَارِسَ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ رَبِّي قَتَلَ رَبَّكَ يَعْنِي كِسْرَى قَالَ وَقِيلَ لَهُ يَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ إِنَّهُ قَدِ اسْتَخْلَفَ ابْنَتَهُ قَالَ لَا يُفْلِحُ قَوْمٌ تَمْلِكُهُمُ امْرَأَةٌ حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَبْدٍ الْعَظِيمِ قَالَ نَا حَبَّانُ قَالَ نَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ كَثِيرٍ أَبِي سَهْلٍ ثِقَةٌ مَأْمُونٌ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِنَحْوِهِ قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَهَذَا الْكَلَامُ قَدْ رُوِيَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ غَيْرِ وَجْهٍ وَلَا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا رَوَاهُ إِلَّا أَبُو بَكْرَةَ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ رَبِّي قَتَلَ رَبَّكَ يَعْنِي كِسْرَى قَالَ وَقِيلَ لَهُ يَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ إِنَّهُ قَدِ اسْتَخْلَفَ ابْنَتَهُ قَالَ لَا يُفْلِحُ قَوْمٌ تَمْلِكُهُمُ امْرَأَةٌ حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَبْدٍ الْعَظِيمِ قَالَ نَا حَبَّانُ قَالَ نَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ كَثِيرٍ أَبِي سَهْلٍ ثِقَةٌ مَأْمُونٌ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِنَحْوِهِ قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَهَذَا الْكَلَامُ قَدْ رُوِيَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ غَيْرِ وَجْهٍ وَلَا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا رَوَاهُ إِلَّا أَبُو بَكْرَةَ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ

Ahmad ibn Mansur narrated to us, he said: Aswad ibn Amir narrated to us, he said: Hammad narrated to us, from Humayd, from al-Hasan, from Abu Bakrah, may Allah be well pleased with him, that a man from the people of Persia came to the Prophet, blessings and peace of Allah be upon him, and the Prophet, blessings and peace of Allah be upon him, said to him: "Indeed, my Lord has killed your lord" - meaning Kisra [Chosroes]. He said: Then it was said to him - meaning the Prophet, blessings and peace of Allah be upon him - after that, that he [Kisra] had appointed his daughter as his successor. He said: "A people who appoint a woman as their ruler will never succeed." Al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Azim narrated to us, he said: Habban narrated to us, he said: Ja'far ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Kathir Abu Sahl - a trustworthy and reliable narrator - from al-Hasan, from Abu Bakrah, from the Prophet, blessings and peace of Allah be upon him, with a similar meaning. Abu Bakr [al-Bazzar] said: This statement has been narrated from the Prophet, blessings and peace of Allah be upon him, through multiple routes, and we do not know anyone who narrated it except Abu Bakrah through this route.
