أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ الضَّبِّيُّ قَالَ وَأنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ الْقَنْطَرِيُّ بِبَغْدَادَ ثنا أَبُو قِلَابَةَ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ كُلَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ وَائِلِ بْنِ حُجْرٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ بَعَثَ إِلَى رَجُلٍ فَبَعَثَ إِلَيْهِ بِفَصِيلٍ مَخْلُولٍ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ جَاءَهُ مُصَدِّقُ اللهِ وَمُصَدِّقُ رَسُولِهِ فَبَعَثَ بِفَصِيلٍ مَخْلُولٍ اللهُمَّ لَا تُبَارِكْ فِيهِ وَلَا فِي إِبِلِهِ فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ الرَّجُلَ فَبَعَثَ إِلَيْهِ بِنَاقَةٍ مِنْ حُسْنِهَا وَجَمَالِهَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بَلَغَ فُلَانًا مَا قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَبَعَثَ بِنَاقَةٍ مِنْ حُسْنِهَا اللهُمَّ بَارِكْ فِيهِ وَفِي إِبِلِهِ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us... from Wa'il ibn Hujr that the Prophet (peace be upon him) sent someone to a man who then sent back a young camel with its mouth tied. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Allah's collector and His Messenger's collector came to him, and he sent a young camel with its mouth tied! O Allah, do not bless him or his camels.' When the man heard this, he sent a fine and beautiful she-camel. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'So-and-so heard what the Messenger of Allah said, and he sent a she-camel of such beauty. O Allah, bless him and his camels.'
