أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحَرَضِيُّ ثنا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ دَعْلَجُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ دَعْلَجٍ السِّجْزِيُّ إِمْلَاءً ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ الصَّائِغُ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَفَوْتُ لَكُمْ عَنْ صَدَقَةِ الْخَيْلِ وَالرَّقِيقِ فَهَلُمُّوا صَدَقَةَ الرِّقَةِ مِنْ كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ دِرْهَمًا دِرْهَمٌ وَلَيْسَ فِي تِسْعِينَ وَمِائَةٍ شَيْءٌ فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ مِائَتَيْنِ فَفِيهَا خَمْسَةُ دَرَاهِمَ وَرَوَاهُ الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ كَمَا
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Muhammad 'Abdullah ibn 'Abd al-Rahman al-Haradi narrated to us... from Abu Ishaq, from 'Asim ibn Damrah, from 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'I have pardoned you from the charity on horses and slaves, so bring forth the charity on silver - from every forty dirhams, one dirham. There is nothing due on one hundred and ninety, but when it reaches two hundred, then five dirhams are due.' Al-A'mash also narrated it from Abu Ishaq similarly.
