أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ وَأَبُو كَامِلٍ قَالَا ثنا يَزِيدُ عَنْ حَبِيبٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو وَعَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ يَحْضُرُ الْجُمُعَةَ ثَلَاثَةُ نَفَرٍ فَرَجُلٌ حَضَرَهَا يَلْغُو فَهُوَ حَظُّهُ مِنْهَا وَرَجُلٌ حَضَرَهَا يَدْعُو فَهُوَ رَجُلٌ دَعَا اللهَ إِنْ شَاءَ أَعْطَاهُ وَإِنْ شَاءَ مَنَعَهُ وَرَجُلٌ حَضَرَهَا بِإِنْصَاتٍ وَسُكُوتٍ وَلَمْ يَتَخَطَّ رَقَبَةَ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُؤْذِ أَحَدًا فَهِيَ كَفَّارَةٌ إِلَى الْجُمُعَةِ الَّتِي تَلِيهَا وَزِيَادَةُ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ وَذَلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللهَ ﷻ يَقُولُ {مَنْ جَاءَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ عَشْرُ أَمْثَالِهَا} [الأنعام 160]
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu 'Ali al-Rudhbari informed us... from Abu Dawud... from Musaddad and Abu Kamil who said: Yazid narrated to us, from Habib al-Mu'allim, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr, from the Prophet (peace be upon him) who said: 'Three types of people attend the Friday prayer: a man who attends and engages in idle talk - that is his share from it; a man who attends and supplicates - he is a man who supplicates to Allah, and if He wills He gives him and if He wills He withholds; and a man who attends with silence and attentiveness, not stepping over the neck of any Muslim nor causing harm to anyone - it is an expiation for him until the following Friday and three more days, because Allah says: {Whoever comes with a good deed shall have ten like it} [al-An'am 6:160].'
