أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِئُ أنبأ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي ثنا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ فَرُّوخَ ثنا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ ثنا الزُّبَيْرُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْهَاشِمِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ رُكَانَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّهُ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ الْبَتَّةَ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَأَخْبَرَهُ فَقَالَ مَا نَوَيْتَ بِذَلِكَ ؟ قَالَ وَاحِدَةً قَالَ آللَّهِ قَالَ آللَّهِ قَالَ فَهُوَ عَلَى مَا أَرَدْتَ 19907 أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ أنبأ الْحَسَنُ ثنا يُوسُفُ ثنا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ ثنا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ عَنِ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ رُكَانَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِنَحْوِهِ هَكَذَا
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abdullah ibn Ali ibn Rukanah reported from his father, from his grandfather, that he divorced his wife irrevocably (al-battah) during the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). He came to the Prophet and told him. The Prophet asked: What did you intend by it? He said: One divorce. The Prophet said: By Allah? He said: By Allah. The Prophet said: Then it is as you intended. This was also narrated through another chain from Abdullah ibn Ali ibn Yazid ibn Rukanah, from his father, from his grandfather, from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), with a similar meaning.
