أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْعَتَكِيُّ ثنا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ قَابُوسَ بْنِ أَبِي ظَبْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا يَكُونُ قِبْلَتَانِ فِي بَلَدٍ وَاحِدٍ وَرُوِّينَا عَنْ أَبِي كُدَيْنَةَ عَنْ قَابُوسَ بْنِ أَبِي ظَبْيَانَ بِإِسْنَادِهِ لَا يَجْتَمِعُ قِبْلَتَانِ فِي جَزِيرَةِ الْعَرَبِ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ وَقَدْ أَجْلَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَهُودَ بَنِي النَّضِيرِ ثُمَّ يَهُودَ الْمَدِينَةِ وَرُوِّينَاهُ فِي حَدِيثِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ

Abu 'Ali al-Rudhbari informed us, Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, Abu Dawud narrated to us, Sulayman ibn Dawud al-'Ataki narrated to us, Jarir narrated to us from Qabus ibn Abi Zabyan, from his father, from Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "There shall not be two qiblas in a single land." And it was narrated to us from Abu Kudaynah, from Qabus ibn Abi Zabyan, with his chain: "Two qiblas shall not coexist in the Arabian Peninsula." The Shaykh (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) had expelled the Jews of Banu al-Nadir and then the Jews of Madinah.
