أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ أَنَّ يَهُودِيَّةً كَانَتْ تَشْتُمُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ وَتَقَعُ فِيهِ فَخَنَقَهَا رَجُلٌ حَتَّى مَاتَتْ فَأَبْطَلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ دَمَهَا
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu 'Ali al-Rudhbari informed us, Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, Abu Dawud narrated to us, 'Uthman ibn Abi Shaybah and 'Abdullah ibn al-Jarrah narrated to us from Jarir, from Mughirah, from al-Sha'bi, from 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), that a Jewish woman used to insult the Prophet (peace be upon him) and speak ill of him, so a man strangled her until she died. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) declared her blood void (i.e., no retaliation was due).
