أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي نا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ نا آدَمُ بْنُ أَبِي إِيَاسٍ نا وَرْقَاءُ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ {إِنْ يُرِيدَا إِصْلَاحًا يُوَفِّقِ اللهُ بَيْنَهُمَا} [النساء 35] قَالَ البيهقي ١٤٧٨٨: عن

Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us... from Ubadah bin al-Samit, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Take from me! Take from me! Allah has made a way for women: the virgin with the virgin, a hundred lashes and exile for a year; and the previously married with the previously married, a hundred lashes and stoning.
