أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ الطَّبَرِيُّ ثنا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ ثنا الْأَشْجَعِيُّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ {وَإِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَةَ أُولُو الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينُ} قَالَ هِيَ مُحْكَمَةٌ وَلَيْسَتْ بِمَنْسُوخَةٍ رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ عَنِ الْأَشْجَعِيِّ 12556 زَادَ فِيهِ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي اللَّيْثِ عَنِ الْأَشْجَعِيِّ قَالَ فَكَانَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ إِذَا وَلَّى رَضَخَ وَإِذَا كَانَ فِي الْمَالِ قِلَّةٌ اعْتَذَرَ إِلَيْهِمْ فَذَلِكَ الْقَوْلُ الْمَعْرُوفُ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَمْرٍو أَخْبَرَنَا الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ أنا الْقَاسِمُ حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ أنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ فَذَكَرَهُ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us with his chain from al-Shaybani from Ikrimah from Ibn Abbas regarding the verse: 'And when those who are present at the distribution, relatives and orphans and the needy' (Quran 4:8). He said: It is decisive and not abrogated. Al-Bukhari narrated it in his Sahih. An addition states that Ibn Abbas, when he was the executor, would give charity from the estate, and when the estate was small, he would apologize to them - and that is the 'kind word' mentioned in the verse.
