أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ يَزِيدَ النَّحْوِيِّ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ {وَالَّذِينَ عَقَدَتَ أَيْمَانُكُمْ فَآتُوهُمْ نَصِيبَهُمْ} [النساء 33] كَانَ الرَّجُلُ يُحَالِفُ الرَّجُلَ لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا نَسَبٌ فَيَرِثُ أَحَدُهُمَا الْآخَرُ فَنَسَخَ ذَلِكَ الْأَنْفَالُ فَقَالَ {وَأُولُو الْأَرْحَامِ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلَى بِبَعْضٍ} [الأحزاب 6]
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Ali al-Rudhbari informed us with his chain from Ikrimah from Ibn Abbas: 'And those with whom your oaths have made a compact, give them their share' (Quran 4:33) - A man used to make an alliance with another man with no kinship between them, and one would inherit from the other. This was abrogated by Surat al-Anfal: 'And those of blood relationship are more entitled to inherit from one another' (Quran 33:6).
