أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ الْحَارِثِيُّ ثنا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ حَدَّثَنِي إِدْرِيسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ثنا طَلْحَةُ بْنُ مُصَرِّفٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ ﷻ {وَالَّذِينَ عَقَدَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ فَآتُوهُمْ نَصِيبَهُمْ} [النساء 33] قَالَ كَانَ الْمُهَاجِرُونَ حِينَ قَدِمُوا الْمَدِينَةَ تُوَرَّثُ الْأَنْصَارَ دُونَ ذَوِي رَحِمِهِمْ لِلْأُخُوَّةِ الَّتِي آخَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بَيْنَهُمْ فَلَمَّا نَزَلَتْ {وَلِكُلٍّ جَعَلْنَا مَوَالِيَ مِمَّا تَرَكَ الْوَالِدَانِ وَالْأَقْرَبُونَ} [النساء 33] قَالَ فَنَسَخَتْهَا قَالَ {وَالَّذِينَ عَقَدَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ فَآتُوهُمْ نَصِيبَهُمْ} [النساء 33] مِنَ النَّصْرِ وَالنَّصِيحَةِ 12526 أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ ثنا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ زَادَ مِنَ النَّصْرِ وَالنَّصِيحَةِ وَالرِّفَادَةِ وَيُوصِي لَهُ وَقَدْ ذَهَبَ الْمِيرَاثُ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us with his chain from Sa'id ibn Jubayr from Ibn Abbas regarding Allah's words: 'And those with whom your oaths have made a compact, give them their share' (Quran 4:33). He said: When the Emigrants came to Medina, they would inherit from the Ansar to the exclusion of their own blood relatives, due to the brotherhood the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) established between them. When the verse was revealed: 'And for each We have made heirs to what the parents and relatives leave' (Quran 4:33), it abrogated it. He said the verse 'those with whom your oaths have made a compact' now refers to support, sincere advice, and assistance.
