وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو أنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ الْأَعْوَرِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ لِلزَّوْجِ النِّصْفُ وَلِلْأُمِّ ثُلُثُ مَا بَقِيَ وَلِلْأَبِ سَهْمَانِ وَرُوِيَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ بِخِلَافِ ذَلِكَ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Sa'id ibn Abi Amr informed us: Abu Abdullah ibn Ya'qub narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Nasr narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Yahya narrated to us: Hajjaj ibn Minhal narrated from Hammad from al-Hajjaj from Amr ibn Sa'id from al-Harith al-A'war from Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him): The husband gets one-half, the mother gets one-third of the remainder, and the father gets two shares. And it was narrated from Ali ibn Abi Talib and Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) to the contrary.
