أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ثنا شَيْخٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَصْرَةِ عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ حَزْنٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ عَلِيًّا ؓ وَرَّثَ قَتْلَى الْجَمَلِ فَوَرَّثَ وَرَثَتَهُمُ الْأَحْيَاءَ 12256 قَالَ وَأنا يَزِيدُ أنا نَصْرُ بْنُ طَرِيفٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ أَنْ قَتْلَى الْجَمَلِ وَالْحَرَّةِ وُرِّثَ وَرَثَتُهُمُ الْأَحْيَاءُ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us: Abu al-Abbas Muhammad ibn Ya'qub narrated to us: Yahya ibn Abi Talib narrated to us: Yazid ibn Harun informed us from a shaykh from the people of Basrah from Umarah ibn Hazn from his father: Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) gave inheritance to the killed of the Battle of the Camel; he gave their living heirs inheritance. And Yazid informed us: Nasr ibn Tarif al-Bahili narrated from Yahya ibn Sa'id that the killed of the Camel and al-Harrah were given inheritance to their living heirs.
