حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَقُولُ يَا ابْنَ آدَمَ بِكُلِّ حَسَنَةٍ عَشْرُ حَسَنَاتٍ إِلَى سَبْعِ مِائَةِ ضِعْفٍ إِلَى أَضْعَافٍ كَثِيرَةٍ وَالصَّوْمُ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ وَالصَّوْمُ جُنَّةٌ مِنْ النَّارِ وَلَخُلُوفُ فَمِ الصَّائِمِ أَطْيَبُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ مِنْ رِيحِ الْمِسْكِ فَإِنْ جَهِلَ عَلَى أَحَدِكُمْ جَاهِلٌ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ فَلْيَقُلْ إِنِّي صَائِمٌ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Affan narrated to us, Abd al-Warith narrated to us, Ali ibn Zayd informed us, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyab, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) who said: "Your Lord the Almighty says: 'O son of Adam, for every good deed there are ten good deeds, up to seven hundred fold, to many folds more. And fasting is for Me and I shall reward for it. Fasting is a shield from the Fire. The breath of the fasting person is more pleasant to Allah the Almighty than the fragrance of musk. If a fool acts against one of you while he is fasting, let him say: I am fasting.'"
