حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ لَا يَجُوزُ لِامْرَأَةٍ عَطِيَّةٌ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مِثْلَهُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yahya ibn Hammad narrated to us: Abu Awanah narrated from Dawud ibn Abi Hind from Amr ibn Shu'ayb from his father from his grandfather that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said on the Day of the Conquest: "It is not permissible for a woman to give a gift except with the permission of her husband." Abd al-Samad narrated to us: My father narrated to us, Dawud narrated from Amr ibn Shu'ayb from his father from his grandfather that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said the same.
