حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ مُرَّةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ إِلَّا بِإِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ النَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي وَالتَّارِكُ دِينَهُ الْمُفَارِقُ أَوْ الْفَارِقُ الْجَمَاعَةَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us: Shu'ba told us, from Sulayman, who said: I heard Abdullah ibn Murrah narrating from Masruq, from Abdullah ibn Mas'ud, from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), that he said: "The blood of a Muslim man is not lawful except for one of three: a life for a life, the married adulterer, and the one who forsakes his religion, splitting off from the community."
