حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ مَا نَسِيتُ فِيمَا نَسِيتُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُسَلِّمُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَعَنْ شِمَالِهِ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ حَتَّى يُرَى أَوْ نَرَى بَيَاضَ خَدَّيْهِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Waki’ told us: Sufyan told us, from Jabir, from Abu al-Duha, from Masruq, from Abdullah, who said: Among the things I have not forgotten, of what I have forgotten, is that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, used to give the greeting of peace to his right and to his left: "Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah, peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah," until the whiteness of his two cheeks could be seen, or we could see it.
