حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ وَابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ عَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا نَرَى إِلَّا أَنَّهُ الْحَجُّ فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ الْهَدْيُ أَنْ يَمْضِيَ عَلَى إِحْرَامِهِ وَمَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُ هَدْيٌ أَنْ يُحِلَّ إِذَا طَافَ فَلَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمُ النَّحْرِ دُخِلَ عَلَيَّ بِلَحْمِ بَقَرٍ فَقُلْتُ مَا هَذَا قَالُوا ذَبَحَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ نِسَائِهِ قَالَ يَحْيَى قَالَ شُعْبَةُ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَاكَ لِلقَاسِمِ فَقَالَ جَاءَتْكَ بِالْحَدِيثِ عَلَى وَجْهِهِ قَالَ ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ لِخَمْسٍ بَقِيَتْ مِنْ ذِي الْقِعْدَةِ لَا نَرَى إِلَّا الْحَجَّ.

Yahya ibn Sa'id and Ibn Numayr narrated to us, they said: Yahya narrated to us from Amrah from Aisha, who said: We set out with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, thinking of nothing but that it was Hajj. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, ordered whoever had a sacrificial animal with him to continue in his state of ihram, and whoever did not have a sacrificial animal to leave ihram once he had performed the tawaf. When the Day of Sacrifice came, some beef was brought in to me, and I said, 'What is this?' They said, 'The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, has slaughtered on behalf of his wives.' Yahya said: Shu'bah said: I mentioned that to al-Qasim, and he said, 'She has related the hadith to you accurately.' Ibn Numayr said: 'Five nights remaining of Dhul-Qa'dah, thinking of nothing but Hajj.'
