Abd al-Rahman told us, from Sufyan, from al-A'mash, from Abu al-Duha, from Masruq, from Aisha, she said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, granted a concession in some matter, but some men shunned it. So he said, "What is the matter with men, that I command them a matter and they shun it? By Allah, I am the most knowledgeable of them concerning Allah, Mighty and Majestic, and the most fearful of Him among them."
