حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهَا أَرْسَلَتْ هِيَ وَأَزْوَاجُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى أَهْلِ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ أَنْ مُرُّوا بِهِ عَلَيْنَا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ أَزْوَاجُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَنْكَرَ ذَلِكَ النَّاسُ فَذُكِرَ ذَلِكَ لِعَائِشَةَ فَقَالَتْ أَلَا تَعْجَبُونَ مِنْ النَّاسِ حِينَ يُنْكِرُونَ هَذَا فَوَاللَّهِ مَا صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى سَهْلِ بْنِ بَيْضَاءَ إِلَّا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abd al-Razzaq told us, he said: Ibn Jurayj informed us, he said: Musa ibn Uqbah informed me, from Abd al-Wahid ibn Hamzah ibn Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr, from Aishah, wife of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that she and the wives of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, sent word to the family of Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas: "Bring him past us in the mosque," so the wives of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed over him. The people found that objectionable, and that was mentioned to Aishah, and she said: "Do you not wonder at the people, how they object to this? By Allah, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, never prayed over Sahl ibn Bayda' except in the mosque."
