حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ مُضَرَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ بْنِ سَهْلٍ قَالَ دَخَلْتُ أَنَا وَعُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ يَوْمًا عَلَى عَائِشَةَ فَقَالَتْ لَوْ رَأَيْتُمَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ فِي مَرَضٍ مَرِضَهُ قَالَتْ وَكَانَ لَهُ عِنْدِي سِتَّةُ دَنَانِيرَ قَالَ مُوسَى أَوْ سَبْعَةٌ قَالَتْ فَأَمَرَنِي نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ أُفَرِّقَهَا قَالَتْ فَشَغَلَنِي وَجَعُ نَبِيِّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَتَّى عَافَاهُ اللَّهُ قَالَتْ ثُمَّ سَأَلَنِي عَنْهَا فَقَالَ مَا فَعَلَتْ السِّتَّةُ قَالَ أَوْ السَّبْعَةُ قُلْتُ لَا وَاللَّهِ لَقَدْ كَانَ شَغَلَنِي وَجَعُكَ قَالَتْ فَدَعَا بِهَا ثُمَّ صَفَّهَا فِي كَفِّهِ فَقَالَ مَا ظَنُّ نَبِيِّ اللَّهِ لَوْ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَهَذِهِ عِنْدَهُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Salamah told us: Bakr ibn Mudar informed us: Musa ibn Jubayr told us, from Abu Umamah ibn Sahl, who said: I and Urwah ibn al-Zubayr came in one day to A'ishah, and she said: "If only you two had seen the Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, one day during an illness he suffered." She said: I had six dinars of his with me - Musa said, or seven - she said: the Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, ordered me to distribute it. She said: then the Prophet's illness occupied me until Allah restored him to health. She said: then he asked me about it, saying: "What became of the six" - or the seven? I said: "No, by Allah, your illness had occupied me." She said: so he called for it, then laid it out in his palm and said: "What would the Prophet of Allah think, were he to meet Allah, Mighty and Majestic, with this still in his possession?"
