حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ هِلَالًا رَجُلًا مِنْ بَنِي مَازِنٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ مُقَرِّنٍ قَالَ أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِنَبِيذٍ فِي جَرَّةٍ فَسَأَلْتُهُ فَنَهَانِي عَنْهَا فَكَسَرْتُهَا.

Rawh told us: Shu'bah told us, from Abu Hamzah, who said: I heard Hilal, a man of Banu Mazin, relating from Suwayd ibn Muqarrin, who said: I brought the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) some nabidh in a jar, and I asked him about it, and he forbade it to me, so I broke it.
