حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ أَفْضَلَ الصَّدَقَةِ الصَّدَقَةُ عَلَى ذِي الرَّحِمِ الْكَاشِحِ.

Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, al-Hajjaj narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Hakim ibn Bashir, from Abu Ayyub al-Ansari, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Indeed the best of charity is charity given to an unfriendly relative.
