حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ مَوْلَى شُرَحْبِيلَ ابْنِ حَسَنَةَ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عُقْبَةَ بْنَ عَامِرٍ الْجُهَنِيَّ وَحُذَيْفَةَ بْنَ الْيَمَانِ يَقُولَانِ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كُلْ مَا رَدَّتْ عَلَيْكَ قَوْسُكَ.

Hasan told us, Ibn Lahi'ah told us, 'Amr b. al-Harith told us, from 'Amr b. Shu'ayb, that he told him: that a freedman of Shurahbil b. Hasanah told him: that he heard 'Uqbah b. 'Amir al-Juhani and Hudhayfah b. al-Yaman say: The Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Eat whatever your bow returns to you."
