حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مَعْرُوفٍ وَسَمِعْتُهُ أَنَا مِنْ هَارُونَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ أَنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ شُعَيْبٍ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ مَوْلَى شُرَحْبِيلَ ابْنِ حَسَنَةَ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عُقْبَةَ بْنَ عَامِرٍ الْجُهَنِيَّ وَحُذَيْفَةَ بْنَ الْيَمَانِ يَقُولَانِ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كُلْ مَا رَدَّتْ عَلَيْكَ قَوْسُكَ.

Harun b. Ma'ruf told us - and I heard it myself from Harun - Ibn Wahb told us, 'Amr b. al-Harith told me: that 'Amr b. Shu'ayb told him: that a freedman of Shurahbil b. Hasanah told him: that he heard 'Uqbah b. 'Amir al-Juhani and Hudhayfah b. al-Yaman say: The Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Eat whatever your bow returns to you."
