حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ حَدَّثَنِي عُقَيْلُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَهْلٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ إِنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ جَاءَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَرَأَيْتَ رَجُلًا وَجَدَ مَعَ امْرَأَتِهِ رَجُلًا أَيَقْتُلُهُ قَالَ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فِي شَأْنِهِ مَا ذُكِرَ فِي الْقُرْآنِ مِنْ التَّلَاعُنِ فَقَالَ قَدْ قُضِيَ فِيكَ وَفِي امْرَأَتِكَ قَالَ فَتَلَاعَنَا وَأَنَا شَاهِدٌ ثُمَّ فَارَقَهَا عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Hajjaj narrated to us: Layth ibn Sa'd narrated to us: Uqayl ibn Khalid narrated to me, from Ibn Shihab, from Sahl, that he said: A man from the Ansar came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and said: "O Messenger of Allah, what do you think of a man who finds another man with his wife — should he kill him?" So Allah, Mighty and Majestic, revealed concerning his case what is mentioned in the Qur'an regarding mutual imprecation, and he said: "A ruling has been given concerning you and your wife." He said: So they underwent the mutual imprecation while I was a witness, then he separated from her in the presence of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him.
