حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ الْمُزَابَنَةِ وَالْمُحَاقَلَةِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ رَخَّصَ لِأَهْلِ الْعَرَايَا أَنْ يَبِيعُوهَا بِمِثْلِ خَرْصِهَا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yazid told us: Muhammad ibn Ishaq told us, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, from Zayd ibn Thabit, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade muzabanah and muhaqalah, except that he granted a concession to the owners of ariyyah to sell them by their estimated equivalent.
