الترجمة الإنجليزية
Affan told us: Abu Awana told us: Sulayman al-A'mash told us, from Ibrahim, from Hammam ibn al-Harith: that Jarir ibn Abdullah urinated, performed ablution, and wiped over his leather socks. It was said to him about this, and he said, "I saw the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, do it." Ibrahim said: What made this more remarkable to them was that Jarir's conversion to Islam was after Surat al-Ma'ida.
