حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ لَا يَرْحَمْ النَّاسَ لَا يَرْحَمْهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ أَبِي ظَبْيَانَ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ.

Muhammad ibn Ubayd told us: al-A'mash told us, from Zayd ibn Wahb, from Jarir ibn Abdullah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Whoever does not show mercy to people, Allah, Mighty and Majestic, will not show mercy to him." Muhammad ibn Ubayd told us: al-A'mash told us, from Abu Zabyan, from Jarir, the same.
