Abu al-Mughirah told us, he said: Ibn Ayyash told us, he said: Shurahbil ibn Muslim al-Khawlani told me, he said: I saw seven men — five of whom had accompanied the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and two who had eaten blood in the pre-Islamic era and had not accompanied the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. As for the two who did not accompany the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, they were Abu Inabah al-Khawlani and Abu Fatih al-Anmari.
