حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ وَهُوَ أَبُو إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْمُعَقِّبُ حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ يَعْنِي الْفَزَارِيَّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَعْفُورٍ عَنْ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ يَعْلَى بْنَ مُرَّةَ الثَّقَفِيَّ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ أَخَذَ أَرْضًا بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهَا كُلِّفَ أَنْ يَحْمِلَ تُرَابَهَا إِلَى الْمَحْشَرِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Isma'il ibn Muhammad - who is Abu Ibrahim al-Mu'aqqib - told us, Marwan - that is, al-Fazari - told us, Abu Ya'fur told us, from Abu Thabit, who said: I heard Ya'la ibn Murrah al-Thaqafi say: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say, 'Whoever takes land without right to it will be made to carry its soil to the place of gathering on the Day of Resurrection.'
