حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْجُودِيِّ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ أَبِي كَرِيمَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ أَيُّمَا مُسْلِمٍ أَضَافَ قَوْمًا فَأَصْبَحَ الضَّيْفُ مَحْرُومًا فَإِنَّ حَقٌّ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ نَصْرَهُ حَتَّى يَأْخُذَ بِقِرَى اللَّيْلَةِ لَيْلَتِهِ مِنْ زَرْعِهِ وَمَالِهِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ أَبُو الْجُودِيِّ أَخْبَرَنِي أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُهَاجِرِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ الْمِقْدَامَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ.

Muhammad b. Ja'far narrated to us: Shu'ba narrated to us, who said: I heard Abu al-Judi narrating from Sa'id b. al-Muhajir, from al-Miqdam Abu Karima, from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), that he said: "Whatever Muslim hosts a people and the guest spends the morning deprived, then it is a right upon every Muslim to support him until he takes the hospitality due for the night from the man's crop and wealth." Abd al-Samad narrated to us: Shu'ba narrated to us: Abu al-Judi informed me that he heard Sa'id b. al-Muhajir say that he heard al-Miqdam say that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said - and he mentioned the like of it.
