حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَاصِمَ بْنَ بَهْدَلَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا شَرِبُوا الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبُوا فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبُوا فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبُوهَا الرَّابِعَةَ فَاقْتُلُوهُمْ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us: Shu'ba narrated to us, that he heard 'Asim ibn Bahdala relate from Abu Salih from Mu'awiya: that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'When they drink wine, flog them; then when they drink, flog them; then when they drink, flog them; then when they drink it a fourth time, kill them.'
