قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ أَوْسِ بْنِ أَبِي أَوْسٍ قَالَ كُنْتُ مَعَ أَبِي عَلَى مَاءٍ مِنْ مِيَاهِ الْعَرَبِ فَتَوَضَّأَ وَمَسَحَ عَلَى نَعْلَيْهِ فَقِيلَ لَهُ فَقَالَ مَا أَزِيدُكَ عَلَى مَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَصْنَعُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
He said, al-Fadl ibn Dukayn told us: Sharik told us, from Ya'la ibn Ata', from Aws ibn Abi Aws, who said: I was with my father at one of the watering places of the Arabs, and he performed ablution and wiped over his sandals. It was said to him about this, and he said: 'I add nothing to what I saw the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, do.'
