قَالَ وَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ لِلْقَوْمِ مَنْ وَحَّدَ اللَّهَ وَكَفَرَ بِمَا يُعْبَدُ مِنْ دُونِهِ حَرُمَ مَالُهُ وَدَمُهُ وَحِسَابُهُ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ.

He said: And I heard him say to the people: Whoever declares God's oneness and disbelieves in what is worshipped besides Him, his wealth and blood become inviolable, and his reckoning is upon God, Mighty and Sublime.
