Affan told us: Khalid al-Wasiti told us: Amr ibn Yahya told us, from Muhammad ibn Yahya, from his uncle Wasi' ibn Habban, from Wahb ibn Hudhayfah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "If a man gets up from his sitting-place and then returns to it, he has the greater right to it; and if he has some need and gets up for it and then returns, he has the greater right to it."
