Abu Ahmad told us, Sufyan told us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, he said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, moved on with tranquility upon him, and he quickened his pace slightly in the valley of Muhassir. He showed them pebbles like the size of small pebbles for throwing, and commanded them to be tranquil, and said: "Let my nation take its rites, for I do not know — perhaps I will not meet them again after this year of theirs."
