حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا سَقَطَتْ اللُّقْمَةُ مِنْ يَدِ أَحَدِكُمْ فَلْيُمِطْ مَا كَانَ عَلَيْهَا مِنْ الْأَذَى وَلَا يَدَعْهَا لِلشَّيْطَانِ وَلَا يَمْسَحْ يَدَهُ بِالْمِنْدِيلِ وَلْيَلْعَقْ أَصَابِعَهُ فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَدْرِي فِي أَيِّ طَعَامِهِ الْبَرَكَةُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Ahmad told us, Sufyan informed us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, he said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "When a morsel falls from the hand of one of you, let him remove whatever harm is on it and not leave it for the devil, and let him not wipe his hand with a napkin, but lick his fingers, for he does not know in which part of his food the blessing lies."
