Abd al-Wahhab told us, from Sa'id, from Qatada, from Anas ibn Malik, that Ukaydir of Dumat al-Jandal presented the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, with a silk cloak, before the Prophet of God, peace and blessings be upon him, had forbidden silk. So he wore it, and the people marveled at it. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'By the One in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, the handkerchiefs of Sa'd in Paradise are finer than this.'
