حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا عَمَّارٌ أَبُو هَاشِمٍ صَاحِبُ الزَّعْفَرَانِيِّ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ نَاوَلَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كِسْرَةً مِنْ خُبْزِ شَعِيرٍ فَقَالَ هَذَا أَوَّلُ طَعَامٍ أَكَلَهُ أَبُوكِ مِنْ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ.

Abd al-Samad told us: Ammar Abu Hashim, companion of al-Za'farani, told us, from Anas ibn Malik, that Fatima handed the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, a piece of barley bread, and he said: This is the first food your father has eaten in three days.
