الترجمة الإنجليزية
Hushaym told us, Abu Bishr told us, from Abu Nadrah, from Abu Sa'id: that a man from the Ansar had a need, so his family said to him, "Go to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and ask him." So he came to him while he was delivering a sermon, saying: "Whoever seeks chastity, Allah will grant him chastity; whoever seeks self-sufficiency, Allah will make him self-sufficient; and whoever asks us, and we find something for him, we will give him." He said: So he went away and did not ask.
