نا نا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ:" نَفَقَتُهَا مِنْ نَصِيبِهَا".

Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: "Her maintenance comes from her own share (of inheritance)."

نا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ، وَكَثِيرٌ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ:" مِنْ نَصِيبِهَا".

Ibrahim al-Nakha'i used to say regarding a pregnant widow: "She has the right to maintenance from the entire estate until she gives birth."

نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَنَّهُمَا كَانَ يَقُولانِ ذَلِكَ.

Al-Sha'bi and Ibrahim both said the same.

Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) used to say: "She has the right to maintenance from the entire estate until she delivers what is in her womb."

نا نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا حَجَّاجٌ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ:" لا نَفَقَةَ لَهَا إِلا مِنْ نَصِيبِهَا".

Al-Hasan al-Basri used to say: "Her maintenance comes from her own share."

نا نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى، وَأَشْعَثُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْجَابِرٍ، قَالَ:" لا نَفَقَةَ لَهَا".

Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "She has no right to maintenance (from the estate)."
