لا شفعة لغائب ولا لصغير والشفعة كحل العقال

"There is no right of pre-emption for an absent person or a minor. The right of pre-emption is like untying a knot (it must be exercised quickly)."

قال الله تعالى: أنا ثالث الشريكين ما لم يخن أحدهما صاحبه

لا يغلق الرهن من صاحبه الذى رهنه له غنمه وعليه غرمه

يا على! عليك بالملح فانه شفاء من سبعين داء: الجذام و البرص و الجنون
