Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:9734 حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ فِيِ الرَّجُلِ يُسْتَقَادُ مِنْهُ ثُمَّ يَمُوتُ قَالَ «عَلَى الَّذِي اقْتَصَّ مِنْ دِيَتِهِ ثُمَّ إِنَّهُ يُطْرَحُ مِنْهُ دِيَةُ جُرْحِهِ»
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ishaq ibn Ibrahim narrated from Abd al-Razzaq, from Ma'mar, from Sa'id, from Abu Ma'shar, from Ibrahim, from Ibn Mas'ud who said regarding a man from whom retaliation is exacted and who then dies: 'Upon the one who exacted retaliation is his blood money, from which the blood money of his injury is deducted.'
