Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:9687 حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ مَطَرٍ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ فِي الرَّجُلِ يُصِيبُ وَلِيدَةَ امْرَأَتِهِ «إِنْ كَانَ اسْتَكْرَهَهَا عَتَقَتْ وَغُرِّمَ لَهَا مِثْلَهَا وَإِنْ كَانَتْ طَاوَعَتْهُ أَمْسَكَهَا هُوَ وَغُرِّمَ لَهَا مِثْلَهَا»
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ishaq ibn Ibrahim narrated from Abd al-Razzaq, from al-Thawri, from Sulayman al-Shaybani, from al-Sha'bi, from Amir ibn Matar al-Shaybani who said: Ibn Mas'ud said regarding a man who has relations with his wife's slave woman: 'If he forced her, she is freed and he must compensate his wife with a similar slave. If she consented, he keeps her and must compensate his wife with a similar slave.'
