Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:9234 حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ قَالَ «أَتَيْنَا بِجَفْنَةٍ وَنَحْنُ مَعَ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ فَأَمَرَ بِهَا فَوُضِعَتْ فِي الطَّرِيقِ §فَأَكَلَ مِنْهَا فَأَكَلْنَا وَجَعَلَ يَدْعُو مَنْ مَرَّ بِهِ ثُمَّ مَضَيْنَا إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ فَمَا زَادَ عَلَى أَنْ غَسَلَ أَطْرَافَ أَصَابِعِهِ وَمَضْمَضَ فَاهُ ثُمَّ صَلَّى»
انگریزی ترجمہ
Alqamah said: 'A large bowl of food was brought to us while we were with Ibn Mas'ud. He ordered it to be placed in the road, and he ate from it and we ate, and he invited whoever passed by. Then we went to prayer, and he only washed the tips of his fingers and rinsed his mouth, then prayed.'
