Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:9075 حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الصَّائِغُ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ اعْتَبِرُوا الْمُنَافِقِينَ بِثَلَاثٍ إِذَا حَدَّثَ كَذَبَ وَإِذَا وَعَدَ أَخْلَفَ وَإِذَا عَاهَدَ غَدَرَ وَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ تَصْدِيقَ ذَلِكَ فِي كِتَابِهِ {وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ عَاهَدَ اللهَ لَئِنْ آتَانَا مِنْ فَضْلِهِ} إِلَى آخِرِ الْآيَةِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abdullah said: "Recognize the hypocrites by three traits: when he speaks he lies, when he promises he breaks it, and when he makes a covenant he betrays it. Allah revealed the confirmation of that in His Book: 'And among them are those who made a covenant with Allah: If He should give us from His bounty...' to the end of the verse."
