Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:8857 حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ قَالَ مُدَّ الْفُرَاتُ عَلَى عَهْدِ عَبْدِ اللهِ فَكَرِهَ ذَلِكَ النَّاسُ فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ «لَا تَكْرَهُوا فَإِنَّهُ يُوشِكُ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ عَلَى النَّاسِ زَمَانٌ يُلْتَمَسُ فِيهِ طَسْتٌ مِنْ مَاءٍ وَلَا يُوجَدُ ذَلِكَ حِينَ يَرْجِعُ كُلُّ مَاءٍ إِلَى عُنْصُرِهِ وَيَكُونُ بَقِيَّةُ الْمَاءِ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ بِالشَّامِ»
انگریزی ترجمہ
The Euphrates flooded during the time of Abdullah, and the people disliked it. Abdullah said: 'Do not dislike it, for a time will soon come upon people when a basin of water will be sought and not found. That is when every water returns to its source, and the remaining water and the believers will be in Syria.'
