Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:6860 حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ ثنا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ وَجَدَ عَيْنَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ وَيَتْبَعُ الْبَيْعَ مَنْ بَاعَهُ»
انگریزی ترجمہ
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Whoever finds his exact property (in the possession of another), he has more right to it, and the buyer can seek redress from the one who sold it to him.'
